DemonStar Shareware 4.0.4 is a space vertical scrolling shooter. You will be in control of a spaceship that must shoot everything that moves. You must battle hundreds of enemy spaceships, firing your laser gun, homing missiles and many more weapons. Some enemies, when hit, will release power-ups. By catching them, you will get extra life, strength and weapons. At the end of each wave, you will have to defeat a boss. If you succeed, you will get to the next level. This game can be played by one or two players, or through a network. It has 18 progressive levels, rendered in 3D. DemonStar has very nice sound effects and music. It can be played in a tiny window, in a medium window or in full screen. You will be able to setup the sound quality, your input (setting the keys you will use in your keyboard, or your joystick force gain), and the difficulty level. You can identify yourself in a network or multiplayer game using different avatars. This shareware version will let you play 28 times without registration.
