Decompose is a capable image editor for Mac that enables you to extract items from your favorite pictures. This program supports input file formats such as JPEG, PNG, and TIFF, comes with fast processing speed, and brings easy to configure output settings.
All you need to do in order to use this tool is to select the input image, trace the margins around the object you wish to extract, and save the processed photo to your local folders. The app lets you preview the results and lets you decide whether it needs adjustments or you can export it without additional editing.
Another good thing is that the program doesn't take too long to process the image file and it provides you with quality output.
The only aspect I don't like about working with this application is the fact that it supports only one output format (TIFF). Therefore, you can't save the extracted objects to popular formats such as JPEG, PNG or BMP.
Nevertheless, Decompose provides you with quality results and a very simple way to draw out items from your photos. The application brings a straightforward interface, supports various input formats, and comes with an affordable price.
