Dark Arcana: The Carnival 

Dark Arcana: The Carnival is an app developed by Artifex Mundi for Mac users who are into playing hidden object games on their spare time. This game features the fascinating adventure of a female detective whose objective is to investigate the disappearance of a woman from a carnival.

The thing I like the most about Dark Arcana: The Carnival is the fact that not only it provides you with plenty of hidden objects scenes but it also gives you access to various riddles and puzzles. For example, at one point, you need to handle a claw machine and extract a certain toy (an item which you use to unlock an achievement).

Another good aspect is that you can use the built-in help guide to learn how to move from one location to another, use the Hints option, and much more. In addition, you can use the Journal to check your previous notes from the locations you visited so far.

In my opinion, it's definitely worth buying the full version of Dark Arcana: The Carnival if you're into playing puzzle games. The graphics and cinematics look impressive and the creepy sound effects go perfectly with the artworks.

With that being said, it's up to you to decide whether it's worth acquiring the game or not.
