Cyclone Wallpaper Changer is a free program for managing your Desktop’s wallpaper. It supports a wide variety of image formats and has an easy to use interface. The wallpaper changing interval is completely customizable. It can be set with advanced options for system startup, seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks or each month. Pictures can be centred, tiled or stretched, and the Desktop background colour can be changed for each image. Wallpaper selection can be manual, ordered or random.
