CS Desktop Notes is a little but useful application that allows you to create color sticky notes on your desktop that you can easily edit whenever you want by double clicking on the note or on the system tray icon. The notes can be moved around the desktop and they can be of any color you want. You can even select font, size and style of the text. As regards functionality, the program is very similar to the Sticky Notes available in Windows Vista and 7, but with a few more options. A great thing of CS Desktop Notes is that, unlike Sticky Notes, you can create as many different notes as you want, and place them wherever you like. The user interface is extremely simple and easy to use, although it looks rather old. To create a new note, you just go the system tray icon, double click on it or press the right mouse button and select new message. There's also an option that shows you all the notes you have written, just in case there's in one that you cannot find or whatever. All the notes can be edited, deleted, or you easily can copy the text to use it somewhere else. It also enables you to choose different transparency levels, so they won't crowd your desktop or disturb your work.
