Crib Sheet is a server application for companies where operators at workstations need fast access to stock texts or graphics.

Where medical staff need to paste stock texts into Meditech software.

Where tele-sales staff need to view scripts.

Where operators need to view graphics, drawings or texts, at help or support centers.

Fast access is achieved by presenting the titles of the texts or graphics as a matrix of cells.

As the operator moves the mouse over the titles, a preview of the contents(text or graphic) is shown automatically in a small window...

Once located, the complete item can be viewed or pasted into another program.

Crib Sheet has two executable files, one for the operators and one for the administrator. The administrators program includes a multi clipboard so the matrix can be filled quickly by simply copying existing texts or graphics.
