CrazyCam is an application made in Flex for Adobe AIR. With this application, you can have the same fun on any platform that Mac-users already have with Photo Booth.
All you need is a webcam and some inspiration to make the funniest or craziest pictures ever and all you have to do is choose an effect (out of 33 effect types) and push the button. Simple as that.
