Comart codec package is an application for Comart Hicap, MIS, and USB-CAP series. Please note that certain PCs with OEM motherboards containing Intel chipsets might not be compatible with Comart codec package. The Pillar Application will install M-JPEG and MPEG4 software codec on the system and users do not need to install any other files.
