Cognex CheckMate is a checker that inspects parts on a moving production line. It is designed for inspection jobs that are difficult to solve using tools like photodetectors, but which don't require the full capabilities of a general-purpose vision system. Cognex CheckMate can check if a can or bottle has a label, if a bottle has a cap, if pills are present in all compartments of a blister pack, if a date code is printed on a package, if a manufactured switch is in the proper position, if a printed logo is present, and if a nut is on a screw.
