CoffeeCup SiteMapper helps you generate website maps. Once done, you can upload the sitemap to your website, in order to provide your visitors with an alternative navigation option, easing the process of finding something on your website. In addition, you can submit your sitemap to search engines, in order to optimize your site´s position in their searches.
The whole process is pretty automatic: you just enter the URL of the site you want to map, and the program will analyze it and build the sitemap, which will represent the structure of the website. If there are too many pages to map, the program will offer you to limit their number. You can ignore that, depending on how many pages you need mapped. Once the program has finished analyzing your website, you can choose a theme for your sitemap, from those offered by the program (and you can obtain more themes from the author´s website). Once done, you can save the HTML file with the sitemap onto your hard disk. Then you are ready to upload the sitemap to your website. To do this, you must provide the program with your server´s access details. You can also preview the sitemap from this program.
The evaluation version will embed a banner in each sitemap you create.
