App for monitoring breakfast schemes

Spearheaded by the government of Tamil Nadu, Chief Minister Morning Breakfast is a program created to address the prevailing undernourishment of children in Classes 1 to 5 across the state. In line with that, thefree CM BFS health app is its accompaniment program.

An initiative by the Tamil Nadu government

With a neat user interface, CM BFS provides a platform to order and deliver food. It can be used by the students enrolled in the schools within the program’s scope. There is a module for corporations, municipalities, and government schools that have their own centralized kitchens.

On the other hand, there is also a module for schools in villages. The prep time and GPS-tracked delivery of the food would be entered into the app for close monitoring. However, while it’s overall a beneficial initiative, its benefits are limited and rather unusable by students who aren’t part of the program.

Enrolled members of the Chief Minister Morning Breakfast program will find the CM BFS dashboard handy. It’s simple, but it comes with all the necessary sections and information about the breakfast-delivering and feeding program. The scope is strictly limited to Class 1 to 5 students across the Tamil Nadu state, however.
