Clutter Cloak is a Windows XP program that helps to reduce distractions. It is activated by pressing Ctrl-F11 and it covers up everything on the screen except the window under the mouse pointer. To switch to Photo/Video mode, press Ctrl-Alt-F11 (or another combination).
