Clemenza's Notepad is a utility that comes as an alternative to using Mac's TextEdit to create text documents. You can use it to make to-do lists, write diary entries, brainstorm new ideas, and many others.
The program's interface is indeed user-friendly like it's being stated on its homepage. But, in this case, being this simple also means that you have access to a limited amount of useful features. For instance, it supports only one output format when exporting the text (.cdinfo), doesn't provide you with a quick way to create lists or tables like TextEdit does, etc.
Still, Clemenza's Notepad brings you some helpful features. For example, it comes with built-in text-to-speech support and lets you choose between various text styles.
In addition, you have access to a quick way to print the resulting document, directly from the program's interface.
Personally, I'd continue using Mac's TextEdit tool instead of downloading and installing a third-party utility that has fewer features. However, Clemenza's Notepad comes without a price, so you have nothing to lose if you decide to give it a shot on your Mac.
