Clearview is a program designed for Mac users who wish to read PDF, EPUB, MOBI, and CHM documents on their computers. The application features a straightforward interface, lets you organize your books into groups, provides you with plenty of document editing capabilities, and much more.
You can drag and drop the input files over the app's main screen and start checking their contents within moments. This program allows you to highlight words and phrases, underline titles, add geometrical shapes to the documents, and bookmark pages.
I also like the fact that the application also brings you an integrated search tool (on the upper-left side of the screen). You just enter the keywords and the app immediately offers you the results you require.
In my testing everything worked flawlessly except the Print and Export PDF options. I tried the aforementioned operations on files of different formats and still didn't work.
However, Clearview gives you access to various document editing utilities, different ways to read the input files, and a very powerful search tool. I'd say you should at least try the demo version of the program and if it matches your requirements, acquire the full app (it comes with a fair price).
