CleanOpenWith is a simple AppleScript designed to keep the OpenWith menu on OS X clean and organized. It is very easy to use: simply open the Terminal application (located in the Applications/Utilities folder) and type in the following command: "/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user".
