ChipScope Pro is a debugging tool that allows users to view any internal signal or node, including embedded hard or soft processors, by inserting logic analyzers, system analyzers, and virtual I/O low-profile software cores into their design. It also interfaces with Agilent Technologies bench test equipment through the ATC2 software core.
