Checkers Board Game is an application that allows you to challenge your friend to a quick checkers match on your computer. This game features a simple and intuitive interface, doesn't slow down the performance of your Mac while you're playing, and allows you to adjust its screen resolution according to your needs.

The app also provides you with a comprehensive guide that teaches you how to play the game. A player wins once the opponent cannot make a move because all of his or her tiles were captured or blocked in.

One disadvantage is the fact that it doesn't let me challenge an online user to play a quick match. You can't even play against a computer user.

Another thing I don't like is that the app doesn't provide you with an option to save your game progress. Hence, if you shut down the app before finishing a match, your progress is immediately lost.

Nonetheless, this application comes in handy if you're having a friend over and wish to play a checkers match with him or her. In addition, Checkers Board Game comes without a price tag.
