Character Converter allows you to encode special characters into HTML. In just one click, it converts accented characters, characters in foreign alphabets, special punctuation marks, and more. It works in any Mac OS X program, so you don't have to copy and paste text back and forth.

Using Character Converter is simple. Select the text you would lke to translate. From the application menu in the current application, choose Services > Character Converter > Encode into HTML. The text will be encoded in place.
