With Cartoonist 1.3 we can change our photos and create from them an incredible cartoon of our pictures.

When we open the program we can find a menu bar, one more toolbar and one window in it we can transform our pictures.

First we must to open our image and with the tool we can drag or drop our photo to get the desire design, we can change the radius of the warp to create different changes in our photo.

With the first toolbar we can Open, save, convert the size, or confirm the rewrite in our file, edit the photo or change the view of them.

In the other toolbar we can open, save, zoom out or in, get the actual size, fit the image to the window, undo, redo or reset the changes. Change the background color or select the default.

The program support five different formats they are: bmp, jpg, png, gif or tiff.

We can change the interface and we can choose between eight different skins for customize it.

This program is amazing and crazy, to take a time and have some fun with our pictures, I recommend it.
