Carbydacious is a computer program that helps users on low-carb diets keep track of their daily carb intake. It provides meal suggestions and a list of meals from the Atkins New Diet Revolution and Rose Elliot's Vegetarian Atkins diet. The program is compatible with both Macs and PCs and has been updated with 30 new features.
