Car Simulator 3D is an app designed for people who wish to test their driving skills directly from their computers. The game provides you with various display modes, lets you choose between 3 car models, and plays a fitting background music while you're driving.

Every time you launch the game a Configuration window will be displayed on your screen. From there, you can select the preferred display mode (resolution and windowed/fullscreen view) and configure the controls settings. Afterwards, the game menu will be shown on your desktop.

You can choose between 3 route maps and you can always change the car model, even while completing a level map. Your driving won't be timed, so you can take as much time as you need to test your driving skills.

However, the app comes with many flaws. For starters, it has poor graphics and non-realistic physics. Furthermore, it provides you with a limited amount of settings (unable to disable music, turn off sound effects, etc.) and brings you a small number of level maps.

Personally, I don't think it's worth installing this game on your Windows PC to test your driving skills. There are plenty of alternatives that offer you more car models and routes, have better graphics, and provide you with extra game settings. So, even though this app is free, I'd say you should try a different car simulator.
