Calendarscope is calendar software which can be used for planning work, setting reminders, scheduling meetings, important events, vacations etc. This is a handy tool with lots of built-in features which comes in handy. One can have a view of all the events in a daily, weekly and monthly basis, yearly overview is also supported. This helps the user to look for one’s forthcoming events in a concise manner. One can also get a detailed view of the events scheduled for the day. The events can be created as a single or recurring. The events or tasks can be color coded for easy identification of a category of events. This feature increases the scope of viewing & distinguishing the events when the numbers of events are more.
The drag-drop feature is an added advantage which makes the user interface easy. The Task and TaskPad views display the tasks on hand, the active tasks, the tasks that are overdue and the tasks completed. One can add reminders across these tasks to ensure they don’t miss any. The fonts, color and sounds of the reminders can be customized. The product also has a built-in feature containing the holidays of 30 countries. This helps the user’s who are on keep traveling across countries. This product has lots of features which are easy to use and satisfies our basic needs.
