Bubble Explode is an addictive puzzle game for users of all ages where your goal is to pop bubbles of the same color until you clear up the board. This Mac app provides you with various types of bubbles games, each with a different set of rules and difficulty level.
The program brings an interactive and customizable interface which you can alter to meet your needs. For instance, you can enable the waves effects, change the bubbles size, adjust window transparency, and much more. An aspect I don't like is its repetitive music, but you can turn it off if you want to.
Other disadvantages of Bubble Explode include the need to make in-app purchases in order to get rid of ads and buy pearls and no option for saving game progress. However, the app offers you a wide range of levels and useful bonuses (add extra bubbles to the board), which enables you to undo up to 10 actions, and much more.
To conclude, Bubble Explode is a fun and addictive puzzle game that can keep you in front of your Mac for hours. Nevertheless, the app has some important flaws which, to some users, might seem a bit annoying; but since the game is free and offers dozens of challenging levels, I can't find any reason why you shouldn't at least give it a try.
