The BOSS Userlist Manager is a tool that helps you organize the load order of mods for games such as Skyrim, Oblivion, Nehrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout: New Vegas. It uses BOSS Userlist rules to customize the order in which mods should be loaded and lets you specify the load order for unknown mods without having to edit them.
