BladeEnc is a freeware console application that encodes MP3 files from WAV or AIFF files. Although BladeEnc supports command-line parameters, standard 128-Kbps stereo MP3 files can also be generated via simple drag and drop. View the included bladeenc.html file for operation instructions. Version 1.3 fixes a bug that was occuring with spaces in path or file names.
