Birthday Buzzer is an app that reminds you of upcoming birthdays. It accesses Address Book on your Mac and retrieves information about your contacts to determine when a birthday is near. On a list it displays all the upcoming birthdays, arranged to let you know which ones are up sooner. It is important that you have birthday information for your contacts, or Birthday Buzzer won't be able to do much for you.
The main window shows a list of all the contacts that have birthday information on them, and it displays the full name, the days remaining till the next birthday, the date of the birthday and the new age (how old they will be on their next birthday).
By default, Birthday Buzzer's dock icon shows a badge with the number of days until the next birthday and a picture of the person, if a picture is available. The application can also be configured to show you a list of upcoming birthdays when you start your computer. There is also support for Growl, if you want to make use of system-wide notifications.
All in all, Birthday Buzzer is a nice way of never forgetting a birthday. You can test it for 14 days, free of charge.
