BioGraph 1.3.0.1

BioGraph is a research project funded by the University of Antwerp's Bijzonder Onderzoeksfonds (GOA BOF UA). The goal of the project is to develop a new methodology for text mining from various sources, with the purpose of uncovering previously unknown relationships between genes and phenotypes, and to improve gene prioritization to identify potential disease-causing genes. The large amount of text-based information available to organizations and individuals has made it difficult to effectively manage and discover knowledge.
