Christianity is the second most practiced religion in Indonesia, just after Islam. This BibleMax module features the translation of the Scriptures into common Indonesian (Sehari-hari means "common language"). Since Indonesia is a mainly an Islamic country, this Indonesian translation of the Scriptures shows a characteristic that can be controversial for many Muslim people: the use of the word "Allah" to refer to the Biblical God (as you may know, the use of "Allah" to refer to God is generally forbidden to non-Muslims). Besides that, it's worth mentioning that this version does not contain the Apocrypha, that is, those Bible books that aren't considered canonical by Protestant churches. Thus, if you are a Catholic or Orthodox Christian, this version may be of limited use for you. On the other hand, you don't need any special font installed in your system to read the text, since Indonesian is written using the Roman alphabet.
This module only works with the BibleMax core software, which can be downloaded for free from the developer's site, as well as many other additional modules.
