Beacon -light- is a program for monitoring beacons. It is controlled using GPS, so it is important to make sure the PC clock is set accurately. At the bottom of the window, select the band to be monitored (arrow keys can be used). The currently active beacon will be highlighted in lime. The call sign is displayed in the top left corner in a larger font. The time, including the seconds, is displayed in the top right corner. UTC or local time does not matter, as the transmission is minute/second-controlled and the hour is not relevant.
