Status changes from Complaint Received to Assigned.Department official is provided with phone number of complainant for getting further details and clarifications on the reported issue.Complaint status changes to In-progress to indicate that required action has been initiated.Once the issue is resolved, status changes to Resolved. Call Center contacts Complainant for his feedback and acceptance to close the request.In some cases if Officials find the complaint as not valid any more, these could be marked as Rejected.In case complaint is not addressed in-time, status would be changed to Escalated.In case complaint requires new project vs maintenance work, ex a new road or bus shelter required.
