BarcodePro is a Mac program that enables you to generate 1D barcodes (One-dimensional barcodes) and export them as image files to your local directories. The application can easily be handled even by begining computer users and can immediately generate the correct barcodes you need.

Its built-in help guide teaches you how to easily generate the barcode of the type you need. All of the available barcode profiles are listed on the bottom side of the interface, each with its own set of rules. For instance, if you choose the GS1-128 output profile, you need to enter a 6-character value.

Once you got the result you needed, you can export the barcode as an image file to one of your local folders. The application lets you choose between output formats, such as JPEG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, PDF, and many others.

However, you can find cheaper or even free solutions for generating barcodes on your Mac. For instance, there are plenty of websites that help you easily build barcodes and export them as image files. Still, they don't support exporting barcodes to as many output formats as this program does. Plus, the application supports many barcode profiles.

With that being said, it's up to you to decide if it's worth buying this utility for your Mac or not.
