This is a small Cocoa application for Mac OS X which outputs the specification frame of an avi file to a tiff file. Libavcodec.a of ffmpeg and the libavformat.a archive are used for decoding of a codec. 0 byte of frame for taking the synchronization with an audio is not included in the number of sum total frames. The frame number displayed now can display a specific frame by being able to edit and pushing the "Seek Frame button.
