AVCWare Ringtone Maker is a program that will allow you to create ringtones from any sound or video file.

This application will allow you to select the part of the audio that you want to include from any part of a nearly every sound file saved in your drives. You can do that by telling the program the exact segment that you want to extract from the original file. To do that, the program allows to play the whole file, and select the starting and ending points. Once selected, you can play the selected segment, and adjust it to the exact portion that you want your ringtone to be. You can also adjust the volume level, apply fade in and fade out effects, choose the folder and name of the result, the format that you want it to have (you can choose between the MP3, WAV, M4R, M4A, OGG and AMR audio formats), its sample rate and bitrate, and the channels you want it to have (stereo or mono). Once everything is fine, by pressing the big button on the right you will launch the conversion process.
