TestRecorder is a set of libraries that can be distributed with 32-bit and 64-bit applications. Once incorporated, TestRecorder will record user actions in a binary format, eliminating the need to guess what the user was doing and reducing time and money spent on tech support inquiries. All that is needed from the user is the auto-generated file, and the application can even be set up to generate it.
