AtonDVD is a light and easy to use software program, specially made for helping you organize your VHS, VCD, DVD, HD-DVD, and/or Blu-ray movie collection. This versatile tool allows you to create a very useful database where you can include all kind of detailed information about your movies, including covers and trailers that may help you to immediately recognize a specific movie.
The program includes a lot of configurable parameters, which make it even more useful and easier to work with. Among other features, you are allowed to change the program's look and feel, and also apply a customized design for each movie you add. You can set a general password for accessing the program, and also you can rate your movies, which will later allow you to automatically generate a favorites' list. The search function included in this tool is very solid, allowing you to look for specific movies by title, genre, actor, year, country, etc., which is especially useful when you have a large number of movies in your database.
As an observation, the general program interface is not very attractive. Besides, when you are asked for your password, it is not masked, so anybody can read it while you type it.
