Aten is a software tool that provides a graphical user interface (GUI) to create, edit, and visualize atomic coordinates. It is primarily used for simulations of condensed matter, but could be beneficial for other non-periodic systems. Aten allows users to create models from scratch, add molecules to periodic boxes, handle crystal formats, and replicate and scale unit cells.
