AWRC Pro lets you connect to and control the desktop of other computers without installing any any software on the remote machine. It can also be used to connect to, view, and control Remote Desktop/Terminal Service Sessions, and Citrix Apps. This program can also be set to record videos of remote desktop when some motion is detected.

In Full-Screen Mode, UAC freezed the screen updating.
When leaving Full-Screen Mode, the splitter bar under the row of small buttons disappeared.
