Atari800Win PLus is an Atari 800 emulator for Windows. With it, you will be able to run programs made for the Atari 800 computer on your PC. There are lots of games for the Atari 800 scattered all over the Internet. You can use them with this emulator. You will need some extra .ROM files that contain the Operating Systems for all the "800" models. The author´s website offers to download the file xt25.zip, where you will find not only that, but another emulator.
Atari800Win PLus will allow you to load Atari 800 programs emulating the disks, tapes, cartridges and executables used by that machine. You can even emulate input devices (joysticks, pads, mouses) with your own mouse. As there were several models in the 800 line, and you can emulate all of them, it is possible to tell the program the exact model you want to use, as well as the memory size and video system. This program will even let you join network games. All the necessary programs to do that are also included in the .zip file offered by the author.
