Ashampoo Internet Accelerator can optimize your computer’s Internet settings automatically. And if you’re thinking the program simply changes those parameters following a fixed scheme, you are wrong, because it actually scans your system and checks the characteristics of your hardware to make the best decisions.

The application has a nice and straightforward interface. In this respect, the tabs are of great help to find the way easily. Thus, by clicking on the tab labelled Automatic and providing just a few data about the way you connect to the Internet and the adapters you use, you can let the program suggest what changes should be made. However, this doesn’t mean that expert users cannot use personalized settings. Accordingly, the System tab allows you to specify the maximum transmission unit, deactivate MTU black hole detection and set the TTL, among others.
