ArkkuDvorak is a free Dvorak keyboard layout for Windows OS. The Dvorak layout has been designed to enhance typing in English, but it works well for other western languages. For example, all the vowels are on the left side of the Dvorak keyboard, which means that adjacent characters are often typed with alternating hands in most languages
