Every time you install and/or uninstall a program in your system, Windows' registry is modified. All this information stored in the registry can make your computer to work slowly or even crash. This free program allows you to clean the registry from invalid entries, thus making your system to work faster.
When you run the program for the first time, it creates a backup of the current registry before making any change. You can select if you want the program to perform a default analysis, or if you want to select the items to be analyzed. Once you have selected the type of analysis you want, the program will analyze the registry and show those entries that need to be fixed. If you haven't created a backup, the program will create it after the analysis and before fixing the registry errors.
The speed of the process depends on how fast is your system, but in general, it works pretty quickly.
Once the analysis and fix of the problems have been done, if you discover that your system does not work properly, you can undo the changes simply by clicking on the corresponding button. This will reinstall the backup registry created by the program.
Please note that to download the installation file, you need to create an account on the Argente website by providing your name and e-mail address. Other than that, the program can be very useful for maintaining your system working at its best.
