Archer 2 is an entertaining action game developed for Mac users who like playing shooting games in their spare time. The app is packed with dozens of challenges, nicely-drawn graphics and animations, and fitting sound effects and background music.
In this game you can't choose between difficulty levels or create multiple player profiles. However, you can always replay missions, if you wish to increase your total score or you fail to complete levels. The first challenge is available for gameplay; as you finish a level, a new one is unlocked.
The control keys information is available only at the beginning of the first challenge. You can move the character (up and down) by using your mouse and shoot arrows by hitting the Space bar.
The thing I like the most about this action game is its nicely painted artworks. All enemies (clouds, ghosts, etc.) look friendly and funny and the background music goes perfectly with the challenges.
To sum things up, Archer 2 is a fun and addictive action game that can keep you in front of your computer for hours. I can't find any reason why you shouldn't try it on your Mac, especially since it comes free of charge.
