Arbiter Time Service Tool (Arbiter Time Service) is a PC Clock Synchronization Service for WIN NT/2000/XP.
The Arbiter Time Service installs on Microsoft® Windows NT/2000/XP and runs as a service to keep the PC clock synchronized to an Arbiter GPS clock. The Arbiter Time Service connects with an RS-232 cable and interrogates the clock for the time signal.
