Astronomer's Proposal 22.4.1

The Astronomer's Proposal Tool (APT) is a cloud-based solution for writing, validating, and submitting proposals for the Hubble Space Telescope. It consists of editors for inputting proposal information, an Orbit Planner for analyzing feasibility, a Visit Planner for scheduling, diagnostic and reporting tools, a Bright Object Tool for checking bright objects, and an Aladin-based tool for viewing exposure specifications and querying the HST Archive.
