This file will install drivers on a Mac that supports USB, QuickTime, and Twain for the USB ViCAM Digital Video Camera. The drivers work with the existing USB ViCAM and the 3Com HomeConnect PC Digital Camera, which is sold as a Windows device. Currently, there is not a software bundle selected for a Mac packaged product, but it appears to work with the available products on the Mac platform, such as Videoshop, ClearPhone, Cu-SeeMe, iVisit, SiteCam, PhotoShop, and so on.
Version 2.15 of the Apple ViCAM Driver Set provides improved memory management. During installation, when you are asked for a target/destination path, select "/system/preferences/twain" as the destination directory path.
It lets you start the applications and manuals supplied with your Canon device.
