App Fixer is a utility that enables you to repair programs which misbehave on your Mac. It does that by deleting the preferences data and Saved Application State files which are associated with a given program within your Mac. It's a tool that helps you save time locating and removing the aforementioned data to reset your Mac programs.
All you need to do is to import the program that isn't working properly and App Fixer will locate the correspondent data which can be erased. Then, click the "Fix" button and the utility will take care of the rest.
However, I have a couple of complaints. For starters, when I launched the program for the first time and imported a random tool from my Applications folder, my Mac immediately restarted. I wasn't working with other tools at that specific time. Another thing I noticed was that the utility occasionally ran slow, especially when importing tools.
App Fixer can be used for free on any Mac owned by your or your family. You will need to pay to work with this tool on multiple computers. The license isn't expensive.
In my opinion, you should test the program on your Mac, see how it works, and then decide if it's the right solution for you.
