Apex All in One PDF Tools lets you modify PDF files in many ways. The supported operations include, but are not limited to, splitting, merging, and comparing documents. One of the most valuable assets of this application is that it lets you work with batches of files, which certainly saves a lot of time and effort. Luckily, it has an intuitive interface; yet, in my opinion, it looks somewhat outdated.
When comparing documents, it is possible to view them side by side so that the differences can be spotted more easily. Similarly, you can create a list of source documents and arrange them in the required order before you merge them into a new file. Various operations involving page manipulation are also supported. In this respect, you can split a long PDF into smaller ones and create another document from a selection of pages. Finally, it is also possible to remove specific parts.
If a document is too large to be shared with others, you can easily downsize it. Besides, it allows adding protection to a file’s contents using passwords. Another way to protect your intellectual property is by inserting watermarks.
All in all, Apex All in One PDF Tools is a cost-effective solution to manipulate bulks of PDF documents. Yet, it still lags far behind the leading products of this area in terms of available features.
