Animism: The Book of Emissaries is a brain teaser puzzle game that brings you the story of Declan Grey, a university teacher. Your objective is to join the educator on his adventure and help him unravel the mysteries from the grounds of Oxbridge University.
As you can see in the introductory cinematics, the storyline revolves around the teacher who is also a mystery investigator. After he heads back to the university after solving an enigma, he learns that he now possesses an intriguing book that was created over the centuries by scholars and elders.
He's accompanied in his investigation by another teacher, Khakisa Darkwater. Both of them will collect clues, totems, and puzzle pieces in the hope they'll unravel the mystery surrounding the university.
I really enjoyed playing this game mostly because of its plot. In addition, the fact that the cinematics were presented like pages from a comic book made the app even more interesting than it already was.
Another aspect I liked - the challenges which were very different one from another. Hence, I'd say you should definitely try this app if you're a big fan of solving challenging puzzles and riddles.
