Aiseesoft Blu-ray to PS3 Ripper 

Aiseesoft Blu-ray to PS3 Ripper for Mac is a video conversion tool that you can use to convert your Blu-ray or DVD movies into video files that you can later store and play on your Playstation 3, PSP, or any other device that supports the H.264 and MPEG-4 formats. There are conversion profiles for a lot of devices, including Apple's iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, mobile phones, etc.

Users will be happy to see that there are quite a lot of HD (high definition) profiles available. Some of the formats available for HD conversion are H.264, WMV, DivX and MOV. If you are ripping a Blu-ray for playback on your PS3, then you want to use one of these so that the quality loss is reduced to the minimum. It should be noted that every conversion process will result in some quality loss.

There is a video editor that you can use to trim and crop your videos, adjust their brightness, contrast and saturation, and even add watermarks.

If your Blu-ray or DVD movies have subtitles and multiple audio tracks, you can choose the ones that you want to use for each DVD title that you convert. The subtitles will be hard-coded onto the image.

I tested this app by ripping a single DVD title from a DVD movie. I then trimmed it to a 1-minute clip and selected a subtitle and a different audio track. The application did an excellent job converting the file with the modifications that I selected. The quality of the resulting file was great.
