Aiseesoft BlackBerry Converter for Mac is a commercial video converter. It was designed to let you convert your video files into formats that can be played by your Blackberry phones. This app can output files in the following formats: MPEG-4, H.264, WebM, AVI and WMV. There are also several conversion profiles for different BlackBerry models. The files that you convert using this app will also be playable on any iPod, iPhone and other Apple devices if you use H.264, MPEG-4 or MOV.
Graphically, the application has good looks and the interface is designed very well. There is a toolbar at the top that gives you access to the different features of the video editor. You can adjust your videos' properties (brightness, contrast and saturation), trim your videos or crop them. At the bottom, you will find the conversion settings. There, you can select the audio track, if your input file has multiple tracks. And you can also select your conversion profile. The profiles are divided into categories. If you are converting for the BlackBerry, you can pick one of the BB profiles. But you can also simply choose the format and change the conversion settings manually.
In my testing, I converted a DivX file into H.264 for the Blackberry. The resulting file was smaller in resolution, but it looked good.
